Depois de um ano de trabalho o quilt The Snowcatcher está quase pronto!

After a year of work, The Snowcatcher quilt is almost done!

Símbolo do aleitamento materno!

O Laço Dourado é uma lição em termos de proteção, promoção e apoio ao aleitamento materno.

Ouro: a cor dourada do laço simboliza que o aleitamento materno é padrão ouro para a alimentação infantil.

O Laço: cada parte do laço traz uma mensagem especial: uma volta representa a mãe, a outra volta representa a criança e o nó é o pai, a família e a sociedade. Sem o nó, não haveria laço; sem apoio, o aleitamento materno não teria sucesso.

The Golden Bow is a lesson in the protection, promotion and support of breastfeeding.

Gold: the use of the gold colour for the bow symbolises that breastfeeding is the gold standard for infant feeding.

A Bow: why a bow is used, rather than the looped ribbon of most campaigns? Each part of the bow carries a special message: one loop represents the mother, the other loop represents the child and the knot is the father, the family and the society. Without the knot, there would be no bow; without the support, breastfeeding cannot succeed.

Tempestade de blocos!

Uma tempestade de neve se caracteriza por uma precipitação com acúmulo de 5cm de neve por hora, durante várias horas. Tempestades de neve podem quebrar galhos de árvores, interromper o fornecimento de energia e paralizar o tráfego.

Snowstorm- A heavy fall of snow accumulating at a rate of more than 5 centimeters (2 in) per hour that lasts several hours. Snow storms, especially ones with a high liquid equivalent and breezy conditions, can down tree limbs, cut off power, and paralyze travel over a large region.

For now, only a storm of blocks.

Brazilian kisses is a new blog where I like to show the lovely little things that are around us. Our daily life is so turbulent that we do not notice the beauty of everyday life. The name came from the way I subscribe to the comments on blogs of friends around the world.

Caixas sempre são uma diversão!

Caixas de papelão são pré-fabricadas industrialmente, com o propósito de embalar materiais e produtos. Frequentemente as crianças gostam de brincar em caixas corrugadas. Tornou-se um cliché o fato de algumas crianças serem presenteadas com um brinquedo grande e caro e, entediadas com o brinquedo, divertiram-se muito mais com a caixa, transformando-a em casas, naves espaciais, carros e tudo mais que a imaginação permitir.

Boxes are always fun!
Cardboard boxes are industrially prefabricated boxes, primarily used for packaging goods and materials. Often, young children enjoy playing in old corrugated shipping containers. A common cliché is that, if presented with a large and expensive new toy, a child will quickly become bored with the toy and play with the box instead.
