Depois de um ano de trabalho o quilt The Snowcatcher está quase pronto!

After a year of work, The Snowcatcher quilt is almost done!

Símbolo do aleitamento materno!

O Laço Dourado é uma lição em termos de proteção, promoção e apoio ao aleitamento materno.

Ouro: a cor dourada do laço simboliza que o aleitamento materno é padrão ouro para a alimentação infantil.

O Laço: cada parte do laço traz uma mensagem especial: uma volta representa a mãe, a outra volta representa a criança e o nó é o pai, a família e a sociedade. Sem o nó, não haveria laço; sem apoio, o aleitamento materno não teria sucesso.

The Golden Bow is a lesson in the protection, promotion and support of breastfeeding.

Gold: the use of the gold colour for the bow symbolises that breastfeeding is the gold standard for infant feeding.

A Bow: why a bow is used, rather than the looped ribbon of most campaigns? Each part of the bow carries a special message: one loop represents the mother, the other loop represents the child and the knot is the father, the family and the society. Without the knot, there would be no bow; without the support, breastfeeding cannot succeed.
